Refunds
All files are checked prior to upload to our server and you will have up to three attempts to download them upon payment. . However, if you have problems downloading them or the file is corrupt, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
You will only be eligible for a refund under one of the following situations:
- You have attempted to download the file up to the maximum of three times and either the file is corrupt or cannot be downloaded due to server error.
You have 14 calendar days from date of purchase to notify us of any problems downloading a file.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
The time taken to receive your refund will depend on Palpal and your card issuer’s policies.
